Opaque ruby; pronounced aromas of blackcurrant and black cherry, with hints of mint, wintergreen and spicy oak; dry, with full body, low/medium acidity and soft tannins; juicy ripe blackcurrant and cherry fruit, along with notes of spice and vanilla; sweetness leads to a finish that is marked with the warmth of alcohol.

My Opinion on the Wine
The moment I opened the bottle, and smelled the wine, I knew it would be a wine with a “kick”. I poured myself a glass that evening and was met with what I joked to be extra strength wine. It is very much full-bodied and strong in flavour as the description suggests it to be. I can see why some may enjoy the full flavour, but it was not my style and my taste buds weren’t a fan of the punch they got.
All in all, I would recommend this wine to someone who liked strong flavoured drinks.
