Guacamole is a favorite in my house during the summer, but it’s so hard to find a good recipe that tastes authentic. I read a few recipes, and joined them together to combine the ingredients I thought tasted right, and voila! The BEST Guacamole recipe was born. You can use Guacamole in so many ways; burgers & sandwiches, as a dip with tortilla’s, on fajitas or tacos, on some toasted baguette, or just with a spoon (I won’t judge..)

Ingredients
- 3 Avocados - peeled, pitted & mashed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup small-diced onion
- 3 tbsp choppped fresh cilantro
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Mix all together and let sit in the fridge for an hour or two before serving.
- Make sure to use a lidded container.
Notes
- Fun fact about cilantro : people either like the herby taste of fresh cilantro, OR they taste soap. I taste soap, so I omit it or I put less.
