For the past year and a half, I have exclusively been using makeup from a particular direct sales company starting with a Y.
*ahem*
After leaving that company, and needing a few products, I set out to Shoppers Drug Mart to find what I was looking for.
I had no idea I could find a good quality mascara for under $10.00.
Anywho, Shoppers Drug Mart reached out to me and offered me a few products from the Quo fall line to try. I had a Quo brush set years ago but never tried their cosmetics, so I was eager.
Let me share a bit about each product, and then give you my honest opinion.

So that’s all the technical details of the products; now here’s my opinion.
Love the lipstick. Super funny that the rep for the company sent me the Brandy shade, seeing as that’s my name. I love the shade, the smell, the texture, and it’s my new favourite lipstick. The fact that it is matte is a huge bonus.
Face palette is okay. The highlighter is a tad on the pink side, but otherwise, the blush and bronzer make the palette worth buying. It had the right amount of pigmentation without looking clownish.
The eyebrow palette; did you see the picture?? I wasn’t able to keep my hands off of it long enough to take a presentable photo. I’m not even sure how to describe my love for it. I didn’t even love the eyebrow products I used to sell as a direct sales rep! I’m beyond picky, and I found the perfect brow product with Quo… for only $12!!
The eyeshadow palette is great. The eyeshadows themselves are matte and apply beautifully. I wish there were more colour options as to what I would personally wear. But alas, not everyone likes dark/black smokey eyes – so that’s a personal suggestion more than a judgement of the company.
The brush set is beyond gorgeous. Do you see it? Ah! I do have to say; I wish there were more eye brushes. Aside from that – the brushes are perfect. I’ve been using them for a week now, and the lipstick and eyeshadow brushes I just find myself using without conscious thought.
All in all, I think these products were a hit. Would I buy and pay for all of them? Maybe not, because of personal preference. Do I believe that they’re quality made and worthy products, absolutely!

I have never tried any of the Quo products but I do really like that brush set!!
I’ve been using some of the Quo products for a few years and I agree- great price point, nice quality! I’m not a fan of most palettes- I can never find a set that I would use at least half of the colours. I think I have to look into those brushes as I need some 🙂
My daughter loves Quo Products. I haven’t tried them yet but she wont use anything else
