ABOUT THE POLAR ICE BEARLESS BOTTLES

Polar Ice Vodka took the bear off its bottles to show support for Polar Bears International. They are concerned about the polar bears disappearing from the Arctic so they have partnered with Polar Bears International to help with the conservation, care and well-being of the polar bears.

Polar Bears International is the only conservation organization whose sole passion and focus is on polar bears.
The primary conservation concern for polar bears is habitat loss and reduced access to their primary prey due to climate change.

Polar Bears International’s mission is to conserve polar bears and the sea ice they depend on. Through media, science, and advocacy, the work to inspire people to care about the arctic, the threats to its future, and the connection between this remote region and our global climate.

So the next time you see a bearless bottle, buy it and support the polar bears!

Cranberry Ginger Ale Punch

This punch recipe is really quite simple to make.  There are no fancy techniques or hard-to-find ingredients. The color of this punch is a gorgeous bright reddish-pink and with the effervescent bubbles, it really looks festive.

This drink is perfect for holiday parties, too.  I rimmed my glasses with crushed candy canes but you can easily garnish  with fresh cranberry by skewering them on a wooden skewer or toothpick.  It adds a festive touch to the drink.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 3 cups ginger ale
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 cup vodka, optional
  • Candy canes (garnish), optional

Directions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine cranberry juice and ginger ale.
  2. Stir in vodka, if desired.
  3. Add ice and serve.

Vodka Brownie Pudding Shots

I wanted to bake something fun for the Holidays and thought, everyone loves brownies. I decided to put a twist on standard vodka shots by adding pudding to the mix and making these chocolate brownie pudding shots with edible brownie shot glasses. They are moist, fudgy, chocolate-y, ever so lightly gooey and the best of all, boozy! How fun!

Ingredients:

1 box brownie mix (or homemade recipe of your choice)
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
1-1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup vodka

Directions:

1. Prepare and cook brownies in the mini muffin pan.
2. Let the brownies cool in the pans for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack.
3. Use the end of a wooden spoon or spatula to push down the centers of the brownies and form little wells in each.
4. Transfer brownies to a cookie sheet and set aside.
5. To prepare the pudding, combine the pudding mix, milk, and vodka and whisk for 2 minutes. Transfer to the fridge to set for 2 hours,
6. Pour pudding mixture into brownie wells all the way to the top and serve
