If you’re on our Facebook Page you’ll know I think Keurig has the best customer service, ever. I called in saying we have a problem with our K200 brewer and they automatically offered to send a new one, but since they no longer sell the K200, they were going to upgrade me to the K475. I had been looking at keurig k475 vs k575 reviews so I was super pleased when they said they were going to send us one.
In other words, it’s like they traded my pretty good and reliable (until the end…) Toyota, for a Lexus.
The K475 has a 70oz water reservoir, that’s 7 cups of coffee in one tank! I’ll be good until Noon. You can choose between five temperature settings to customize your perfect cup. Mine is set to the third option as it’s easier to chug this go-go juice when it’s just a smidgen hot. K-Cup Pod brew sizes: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12oz, K-Carafe Pod brew sizes: 22, 26, 30 oz. There are so many options! Heck, it even tells time and you can choose a background pattern for the LCD screen. It has power on/off which Ryan has set to 6:00am (ha!) and 9:00pm (double ha!)
So far I give the K475 two mugs up! 😉
Visit Keurig’s Facebook Page for more information on their available brewers.
I like the large reservoir tank! Keurig makes a wonderful coffeemaker.
We are in need of a upgrade so thanks for the review!!! I’ll have to check out this model
