I have never heard of this series before. It is not usually something I let my son watch. But I have to say it is  a very interesting Japanese animation and well made. It reminds me of Digimon and Pokemon that I used to watch when I was a kid.

The animation is well made, the story line is pretty good and the monsters are unique.

My 8 year old son enjoyed it, there are action packed battles in every episode which is what hooked him to the show. I kinda figured this show has violence in it just by reading the title. This may not be a great show for sensitive children to watch, It does have quite a bit of violence in it, but my son really enjoyed it.

in all, this show is pretty good. as long as your child is not sensitive to violence then this is a great show for them!

You can purchase this DVD starting September 24th.
