Ahh, January, the longest and coldest month in winter. I am not a big fan of winter, I would stay inside 24/7 if I had nothing to do. It’s cold, wet and snowing constantly, why would I ever want to go outside?!
January is the month that I try to sit back and binge watch as many shows as possible.
There are many shows that I have already binged on in the past and may binge on again because they are great shows
Some shows I am binging on this month are;
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air – I love re-watching shows that I used to watch while growing up. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is one of those shows that I can watch over and over again.
Last Man Standing – I love Tim Allen! I have been a big fan of his since the 90’s – remember Home Improvement? *Pssst Netflix, please add Home Improvements*
The Walking Dead – Yes, I have seen every episode at least 3 times, but with the mid-series return coming up February 12, you bet I will be watching every single episode again!
Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events – I absolutely loved the books and the movie. I can’t wait to start watching the show! Neil Patrick Harris as count Olaf – Ummm HECK YES!!
I know not all of the above shows are kid friendly, I try to watch age appropriate shows when my children are home. Below are a few recommended shows for the younger children to binge.
Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events “Witness the greatest act-OR of all time, obviously.” |
|
DreamWorks Trollhunters “Any show where cats are eaten must be a good thing.” |
|
Tarzan and Jane “A jungle where everyone fends for themselves or dies. Sounds like a great place for the kids to visit.” |

What shows is your family binging on this month?
My oldest daughter gave me a GC this Christmas (we celebrate in January) for a $30 Netflix card! So I started binge watching in January.. (Stranger Things) February (Breaking Bad) March (The 100 and Better Call Saul). I also catch up on my movie watching. 🙂 Wish it was on my TV , instead of my computer screen. I will be renewing my new subscription, whenever the gc runs out! 🙂
