Now you can make your own chocolate bars, just the way you like them with Easy chef Chocolate Bar Maker

I don’t know about you, but I get chocolate cravings at the weirdest times of day. Sometimes, its too late to go to the store and pick up a chocolate bar. The Easy chef Chocolate bar maker is perfect for these occasions!  Ok, ok this is actually marketed towards kids, but theres no law that says I can’t use it myself right? Ha!

Box contents:

  • Instructions
  •  Easy Squeezer
  • Deco Nozzle
  • Large Sharing Mold
  • Large Swirl Top Mold
  • 2 Fun size Molds
  • 3 mold inserts (6 designs)
  • 4 wrappers
  • sharing filling pocket
  • swirl filling pocket
  • 1 sticker sheet (4 labels)

Before you get started, choose your mold, filling and wether or not you will be using a pattern top or filling pockets right away.  Seriously, this will save you time and the possibility of wasting chocolate!!

Step 1 – Add your chocolate to the squeezer – You can use chocolate chips or a regular chocolate bar cut into pieces.

Place the yellow tip cap on the squeezer and pop it into the microwave on the lowest setting with the lid off. Microwave 20 seconds at a time to avoid burning the chocolate.

Once the chocolate is melted, add the lid and remove the yellow tip cap and squeeze out the chocolate into your mold.

The squeezer is easy to squeeze, my 7 year old had no problem squeezing the chocolate out on her own.

Fill your mold about halfway with chocolate and tap it to remove any air bubbles.  I forgot to tap the first one and we ended up with a big air bubble in the middle of my chocolate!

*If you are choosing to add a gooey centre (like caramel),  place the filling packet in the mold and place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Once its set, leave out to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes. Squeeze the filling packet to loosen it from the chocolate. Pull the tab and it should come out easily.  Add your gooey filling and top with chocolate.*

Add your filling and top with more chocolate! My kids decided the filling in this one should be nuts and raisins.

You can add whatever filling you like, nuts, fruits, candy, cookies, sprinkles, marshmallows, the possibilities are endless!

Place in the freezer for 20 minutes or until set.

Once set, turn mold upside down and press down in the centre of the base. The chocolate comes out easily and beautifully!

You can also decorate your chocolate using the deco nozzle. Attach to the Easy Squeezer and decorate your chocolate to your hearts desire!

My kids really enjoyed creating their own chocolate bars. I think having a few sets of these would be perfect for a birthday party or sleepover activity! These are also perfect for those late night chocolate cravings 😉

You can purchase the Easy Chef Chocolate Bar Maker from Toys R Us and other stores Canada wide!
