The Cuisinart Juice Extractor is not your ordinary juicer, It is smaller compared to similar products that I have seen, but don’t be fooled by its size, it is powerful! It has a 500 watt Motor for strong and smooth operation, weighs just under 10 pounds and measures 7″ wide.

I love how it looks, its not big and chunky like others. It is small and will look great in any kitchen.

Easy to use with a single button. Just turn it on with a single button and add your fruits or veggies into the large tube opening at the top.

The pulp will automatically go in the back of the machine into the 40oz pulp receptacle and the juice will come out in the from into the juice cup.

Once you are done juicing, simply turn it off, let all the juice run out Into the large 16-oz cup and then flip the flow switch off to prevent drips.

I love that everything comes apart on the Cuisinart juice extractor. There are five pieces to assemble, which means your juicer is ready in seconds rather than minutes.
Another great feature that I love, is that the removable parts are top rack, dishwasher safe!
This is the perfect juicer if you juice occasionally or every day.
You can find many great juicer recipes in the manual and even online or if you feel creative, create your own!

Don’t throw out your pulp! You can use it when you are cooking and baking. I made some yummy carrot muffins with the leftover pulp after juicing carrots! I also made some treats for our dog with carrot, spinach, orange and celery pulp.
(If you are using pulp to make dog treats please do not use grapes, onion, garlic or apple seeds as these are toxic for dogs).

My kids really enjoy having fresh juice every morning before going to school and I enjoy knowing exactly what is in the juice my family is drinking.

You can purchase the Cuisinart Compact Juice Extractor from many retailers including Home Outfitters and Future Shop, and a number of independent retailers across the country (e.g. Cayne’s and Kitchen Stuff Plus).
