I’ll be honest, the splash guard and pour shield are a must for me. I’m a messy baker and I’m always spilling ingredients when pouring them. The pouring shield really helped cut down the mess and I wasn’t wearing half the flour at the end.
One thing I have to note is that it stops when you have too many ingredients in the bowl. I tippled a batch of cookies and my mixer stopped working because it was having a hard time mixing the ingredients. Once I removed some of the dough, and slowly re-adding it to the bowl, the mixer worked just fine again.
So far, I have only used it for making muffins and cookies from scratch and mix mashed potatoes, but I can’t wait to test it out further with making bread dough, biscuits and other items! I absolutely love it and can’t wait to make more delicious treats with it!
