Recipe

 

  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce blue curacao
  • Lemonade
  • Ice

 

Fill a glass with ice and pour in your vodka and curacao. Top the rest of the way with lemonade, and garnish with a wedge of lemon.

McGuinness Crème de Menthe Green

 

Did you know that Crème de Menthe was considered a traditional final alcoholic drink among mobsters before going off to serve time in jail. Now, the sweet, mint-flavored alcoholic beverage is best known for the cocktails and desserts it perfects. Available in both a colorless and green version, both varieties have similar flavor and are interchangeable in recipes. 

 

 

 

Tipsy Mint Oreo Pudding

Recipe:

  • 10 Oreo cookies (Reserve 2 cookies for topping)
  • 1 pkg Vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/2 cup of cold milk
  • 1/2 cup of crème de menthe
  • 3/4 cup of cool whip

1- Remove the cream from the inside of 8 Oreo cookies. Insert the cookies in a bag and crush them.

2- Beat together the milk, liquor and instant pudding in a bowl for 2 min.

3- add cool whip and crushed Oreo cookies and whisk together.

4- Spoon into dessert dishes ; top with pieces of reserved Oreo cookies.

5- Place in freezer for at least 2 hours.
