Copycat Tim Hortons Broccoli Soup

Hi Everyone,

Two months ago I had this crazy craving for Tim Hortons Broccoli Soup.   Of course, because I wanted it so bad, every single time I went they weren’t serving it.  My next best option,  Costco’s broccoli soup.  Which was out of stock for an entire month also.   I wrote this on Facebook and a very sweet friend of mine told me she had a copycat Tim Hortons Broccoli Soup recipe.  She sent me the recipe and I reluctantly made it (I’m sort of a picky eater.. I wasn’t expecting to like it..) and it was DELICIOUS.   I asked for her permission to write the recipe here for you guys to enjoy, and she said yes.   So, here you are!

I know that they must be using vegetable stock because they classify it as vegetarian.

I was looking for a delicious recipe to make a creamy broccoli soup for a long time. This one sounds yummy!

  9. Winona Hansen says:

This recipe is definitely not the recipe Tim Horton’s serve. Tim Horton’s serve a very thick soup. However, when Tim Horton’s soup cools, it is no longer thick ! Since this recipe has nothing in it to make it thick , I do not believe this recipe to be a close match !

  10. Sharon says:

This soup was very watery, going to try it with some flour and shredded carrots to thicken it.

  11. Nicole says:

Very good recipe! Although, I prefer a thicker creamy soup, I added 1tbsp of cornstarch to 1/2 cup of chicken stalk to make it thicken 🙂
