Super quick and easy peanut butter cookies

Super quick and easy peanut butter cookies This recipe is so easy, kids can make it on their own.  1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg Pre-heat oven at 325°F. Mix all ingredients with large spoon until well blended. ROLL into balls and  place aprox 4 inches apart, on baking sheets.  Flatten with fork.
