3 ingredient Chocolate Fudge

I have been using this very easy, no fail recipe that I love. Seriously, you can’t get any easier than 3 ingredients!  It is so easy, that you can get the kids involved in the process.  This is by far, one of the best and easiest fudge recipes I have tried.

What you need:

2 – 1/2 cups chocolate chips

1 can (14oz) condensed milk

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional – You can add other items to it to suit your taste.  Nuts, marshmallows, crushed candy, fruit, peanut butter. The possibilities are almost endless!

Line a 8 or 9-inch square baking pan with foil, parchment or wax paper.

Combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in medium, heavy-duty saucepan.

Warm over lowest possible heat, stirring until all chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. If you choose to add nuts, this is the time to do so.

Pour into prepared baking pan and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. I left mine in the fridge overnight.

Chocolate_Fudge

Lift from pan and remove wax paper. Cut into pieces.

Enjoy!

Place un-eaten portions in air tight container in refrigerator.
